When you upload a CV against a candidate's profile, you will have the option to mark it as redacted. This means that users who do not have permission to view candidate identifiable data will still be able to view this CV.

With our granular permissions you can control exactly which data points a user is able to see. Head over to the "Users" tab within settings, then select a user and click on "Permissions". Each permission contains a description telling you exactly what it controls. You can also assign permissions in bulk using roles.
