Tips 1

Stryve Campaigns

Have you ever found yourself scratching your head, not knowing which of your recruitment efforts is delivering the best value? Well, we’ve got something that is going to blow your mind…

I’d like to introduce you to Campaigns in Stryve. Campaigns is our revolutionary new tool that helps you measure every click, application or visit to your job pages and careers site.

With this new feature, you can create as many campaigns as you like. Generate unique links to share across social media, job boards, paid advertising, email campaigns and just about anywhere you’d like to promote your open roles.

Through our new reporting suite, you can track how each of your campaigns is performing. You’ll be able to compare and measure conversion rates all within Stryve.

If your conversion rates are a little on the low side, you can take advantage of a consultation with one of our marketing and hiring experts to get them up to where they should be.

Campaigns are now live and ready for you to use. Just log in to Stryve and click on Campaigns in the top navigation to get started.

Tips 2

Mobile Optimisation

Take recruitment with you wherever you go with our freshly launched mobile friendly Stryve.

With Stryve mobile, hiring managers and recruitment teams have the ability to respond to candidates quickly, manage notifications and review applications on the go. Giving you the edge on your competitors and setting the right tone for prospective candidates.

With key pages now available on mobile, we’re keeping it clean and easy to use. You can now explore the Dashboard, access Jobs and Candidate pages, take a look at your Job Flow, check your Inbox and review Candidate Details.

To use Stryve on your mobile, all you need to do is visit control.stryve.online and start browsing away. You can also save the website to your home screen, your very own Stryve app for quick access.

To add Stryve to your home screen first visit control.stryve.online then click on the up folder icon, then add to home screen and 'Add'.

Tips 3

Merge fields in Teams and Slack

We have upgraded our Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations!

Our latest upgrade gives you the power to include personalised merge fields in your job flow’s automated messages. Add name, job title, role and many more.

Save yourself a whole load of time and improve engagement with these easy-to-use personalised fields. Just log in to Stryve, head over to your job flow and start editing your Teams and Slack actions.

Tips 4

Scheduler for Manual Events

We’re all about giving you the ability to do what you want, when you want to.

Our update to the Manual Events feature gives you the ability to send candidates times for a meeting or interview without having the calendar sync integration in place.

To use this feature just head over to Create in the top navigation, select Event from the dropdown. If you want to go down the manual route, select Manual Schedule. Then, complete the relevant fields before scrolling down and selecting a time that you would like to offer the candidate.

Hey presto, you’ve sent out an invite with a fixed time for the candidate to accept.
