best friend, everything you need, in one place.

How do I search within the platform?

Use the  navigation search bar to look for ANYTHING within your Stryve account. Enter a candidate, job title, a file, whatever you need to find.

With the navigation search bar, you can search within the system from ANY page of the platform.

What can I find on my dashboard?

On the right hand side of your  dashboard or homepage, you will find a handy widget overview of the latest goings on in your Stryve platform, complete with some key hiring data.

You can also link directly to your Reports page to get the full downlow, by clicking on View All Reports in the top right corner.

·  Upcoming  Events – Here you can see a list of your upcoming events. An event is an interview or meeting that has been scheduled with a candidate in your Hiring Flow.

·  Live Jobs – Here you can view a list of the  jobs that are live on the system. Click on each job title to link directly to the individual job, or click View All to visit your Jobs page.

·  Candidates – See how many active and alumni candidates are on your Stryve platform at any time with the Total Candidates pie chart.

·  Jobs  –  Keep up to date with how many draft, live or archived jobs you have on the go with your Total Jobs pie chart.

·  Careers Page Applications  –  Check  out the number of applicants applying through your Careers Page with the  Careers Page Applications pie chart.

 

Suggested Actions - You can rapidly access and navigate to core features within the platform, whether it’s to create a job, schedule an interview, configure integrations or view reports, using our dashboard suggested actions cards. It’s all there, at the click of a mouse.

You will have up to eight Suggested Actions on your dashboard. The number depends on user type. Company admins will have access to all Suggested Action shortcuts.

How do I navigate the Stryve platform?

Navigating your Stryve platform is quick and easy. Use the navigation bar across the top of your screen and select the page you wish to visit.

How do I create an event outside of my hiring flow?

To create an ad-hoc event with a candidate, without having to go through a job flow, head to the Create dropdown in the navigation bar and select Event.

Here you can create an event completely separate to your Hiring flow.

First – select whether you would like to create a Smart Schedule event or a Manual Schedule event.

Manual Schedule Event

·        Populate the fields in the Create Event window and add a message for the candidate recipient.

·        Click on the date field to open the calendar and select the best slot. Remember, if your meeting is online, include a video or call link in the location field.

·        Attachments – select the dark blue Add button, below the message field to directly upload a file from your computer.

REMEMBER – Ad-hoc events will be sent from the email address associated with your User profile. Make sure you’re happy for the recipient to have access to your email address before sending.

·        When you’re happy with the details, select the green save button.  

Smart Schedule Events

·        Populate the fields in the Create Event window and add a message for the candidate recipient.

·        Select a name in the Host Calendar field – this will indicate which email account the email invite will come from.

·        Location - Remember, if your meeting is online, include a video or call link in the location field.

·        Attachments – select the dark blue Add button, below the message field to directly upload a file from your computer.

Calendar Scheduling  

·        Participants -Use the Stryve Calendar integration to find participant’s availability and schedule a meeting.

o        Select the Participants drop down and choose the user you would like to add to the event. If they have their calendar synced, you can choose to check their availability automatically with the green Check Availability toggle (make sure this is open!). Repeat this step using the blue Add User/Email button until you have selected all those you would like to attend.

Scheduling

o        Populate the scheduling tabs so that Stryve Calendar has all the details it needs to find the perfect time slot for your event.

o        Select the dark blue Search for Available Dates button. Then Stryve will select five available time slots from the calendars selected.

o        If you need more options, click on More Dates to see an expanded list of available options. You can select a maximum of 10 options in total.

o        Once you have selected your preferred options, press the green Send Invites button and your event invite well be sent!

o        To check the status of your Event invite, visit the Event tab in your Inbox. Here you can see the Status of your event date- Awaiting Date Selection or Confirmed.

REMEMBER – To create an internal event with just your team (without a candidate) use Manual Scheduling only.

These single events, will be stored in your candidate’s profile under both the Events and Communications tabs.

If you need to change the time of your event or add a new recipient, you can edit your event by clicking on Reschedule in the Events tab. You can also edit the event via your dashboard Events widget. To do this, click on the event you would like to amend and click on the dark blue Edit Event button in the bottom right of the window.
