Get data driven insights about your hiring efforts and results. The more data, the better the decision making, right?
Almost all users on the account can view reports, but the data is limited to candidates and jobs that the user has access to. Company Admins can see all reporting data.
Once you are ready to view all the reports, start exploring by clicking on Reports in the top navigation bar, or by selecting ‘View all Reports’ on your dashboard.
You can find your job reports in Reports tab in the navigation bar. From here you can set up Master reports to give an overview of your whole platform, all your hiring, or specific reports based on individual jobs.
Reports are split into four tabs – Dashboard, Acquisition, Time To Hire and Diversity.
Our candidate acquisition reports help you understand how candidates are finding you and applying for your roles.
We collect data from all major sources, so you know whether applications have come from social media, organic search, direct traffic, or referral sites.
Time to hire
With our time to hire reports, you can understand how many days it took you to complete a hire.
We give you the ability to report by department, job, or user. You can view the average days a candidate spent in each stage, giving you a greater under-standing of potential bottlenecks in your hiring flows.
The diversity reports section gives you a closer look into the makeup of your candidates. We collect data on candidate ethnicity, gender, and nationality.
Dive in to have a look at the demographics of the candidates applying for your roles!
Within each tab, you will find a number of different reports.
Steps to setting up your reports:
